We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouses within a week after purchase. Please allow an additional 7-14 days of shipping time and note that delays may occur with the shipping carrier.

Stock Availability

We aim to keep our website up-to-date on stock availability and counts, but there may be inconsistencies that won’t allow us to fill your entire order immediately. If this happens, we will fulfill what we can and get in touch about your preference of receiving the product(s) when restocking occurs or a refund.

Stolen or Missing Packages

The Popular Flamingo is not responsible for goods that couldn’t reach their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is up to the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information before finishing the purchase. We will not be held responsible if your order is possibly stolen or missing after the carrier denotes it as delivered. If you believe your package has been stolen or is missing, it is your responsibility to file claims with the carrier or other appropriate authorities.

Delivery

The Popular Flamingo is not responsible for any custom duty clearance fees and charges, customers are required to pay for the entry of their package according to the laws of the destination country. The Popular Flamingo guarantees your order will be delivered within 90 days after purchase or your money back. If your order hasn’t arrived by the predicted time, please contact us at info@thepopularflamingo.com as soon as possible so we can help in any way we can.

Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email to follow their package’s progress after it leaves our warehouse. Updates will be based on the most recent information from the shipping provider. Our warehouses are located across the world, including North America and Asia, and our products ship from various locations, making it possible for your order to come in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
