Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. Clothing and footwear items are eligible for one return only. Subsequent return requests for the same product will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@thepopularflamingo.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations
We provide a full refund guarantee for order cancellations submitted within 2 hours of purchase. If a cancellation request is received after the 2-hour window, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
