Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Our items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, except for clothing and footwear (Women's and Men's collections), which are handmade to order and require 3–7 business days of production before shipment. Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days, though shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. Please note that occasional delays with the shipping carrier are beyond our control.

Warehouses

Our warehouses are located across North America, Europe, and Asia. We ship from the location that best ensures your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. Depending on availability, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

Stock Availability

We work hard to keep our website updated on stock availability. However, in rare cases, items may become unavailable after you place your order. If this occurs, we will ship the items that are in stock right away and contact you to see whether you would prefer to wait for the restock or receive a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Stolen or Missing Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. The Popular Flamingo cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Similarly, once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package is missing or has been stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or other relevant authorities.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, clearance fees, or import charges required by their country’s regulations. However, The Popular Flamingo guarantees that your order will arrive within 90 days of purchase or you will receive a full refund. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@thepopularflamingo.com so we can assist you.

Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS so you can monitor its progress. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier, and delivery times may vary by location.
