You will receive an email from us (typically within a week after purchase) confirming that your order has been shipped with your tracking number. 

If the tracking number you received does not work on our Track Your Order or Trackntor pages, please enter it on the Global Order Tracking or your local postal service website (e.g. USPS).

Although orders can arrive within 2 weeks after purchase, it is recommended to wait up to 4 weeks due to potential delays with the shipping carrier.  

Our warehouses are located across the world, including North America and Asia, and we will ship according to product availability and shipping location.

Cancellation requests sent to us within 4 hours after purchase are eligible for an immediate full refund.
